General Information: All guests and visitors must be listed on the Registration Card or registered with the front office. The Lyn Aire Motel is a non-smoking property. Any signs of smoking inside the unit will result in a $500.00 penalty fee charged to the card on file. The Lyn Aire Motel is not pet-friendly—only ADA-compliant service animals are allowed on the property.

 

Cancellation Policy: A one-night refundable deposit will be taken upon booking or 14 days prior to arrival. If a guest cancels 14 days prior to their scheduled arrival date, they will receive a full refund of their deposit less a $40 fee.  If a guest cancels with less than 14 days before their reservation or does not show for their reservation, they will forfeit their one-night deposit payment in full.  The Lyn Aire Motel is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, etc. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect against such travel situations that may interrupt their vacation.

 

Contactless Check-In & Check-Out:  Prior to arrival, guests will receive a message to complete their Registration Card online, the Registration Card and fill out all required information. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM EST and check-out is by 11 AM EST. A key code will be issued to each unit at check in time.  Early check-in and late check-out requests cannot be guaranteed. These requests are subject availability and approved at management’s discretion.

 

Housekeeping & Maintenance: The Lyn Aire Motel provides all bed and bath linens. Beach towels are not provided. Please be aware that our property does offer daily housekeeping services on an opt-in basis. Please use the “Please Service My Room” and “Privacy Please” door signs accordingly and housekeeping staff will service your room or respect your privacy.  Additionally, we offer a modified housekeeping and will happily replenish towels and remove garbage left outside your door. Guests should place all used bath linen outside the front door of their unit if they would like to replenish. Please place all bagged garbage outside your unit in the morning for staff to collect. Be advised: a $250.00 penalty fee, as well as the cost of repairs, will be applied to the credit card on file for units requiring excessive cleaning or damage repairs.
